Presentation Skills Seminar

In 2024 KreativaLab hold a seminar entitled “Advanced presentation skills”, which was accredited by the National Library of Serbia for librarians and other professionals interested in improving their presentation skills. The seminar was lead by Dr Bogdan Trifunović, an experienced senior librarian and KreativaLab president, with over 20 years of professional experience in cultural sector and academic experience in humanities and digital technologies, both in Serbia and abroad.

From October until December 2024 the seminar was held in six cities, for over 100 registered participants. Public libraries in Kraljevo, Šabac, Smederevo, Vršac, Čačak, and Prokuplje organized these seminars for their employees and other interested individuals from the territories of their respective districts.

The seminars provided for each group a six-hours intensive and interactive program of education, workshop and group work on various topics, including design thinking, pitching, story maps, user maps, digital storytelling, and other techniques and skills that will benefit librarians and other cultural heritage professionals in their everyday work and practice. The aim of seminars was to equip attendees with new competencies and confidence in delivering their ideas to targeted audiences and groups in a more efficient and attractive ways.

After each seminar an anonymous evaluation questionary was shared with the registered participants, in an effort of having an objective feedback. Total of 76 participants responded, who expressed their overall huge satisfaction with the provided education and practical training.
